This website is provided for the purpose of learning about Best Lift's elevator products and services, viewing our completed projects, and requesting a quote or support. You agree not to misuse the site — including submitting false information through our forms, attempting to access restricted admin areas, or disrupting the site's normal operation.

2. Quotes & Proposals

Information submitted through the Request A Quote form or Smart Quote Builder is used solely to prepare a proposal for you. A quote or proposal issued through this site is an estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until formally agreed and signed by both parties through our standard sales process.

3. Support Tickets

The Track My Request feature lets you check the status of a support ticket using the tracking code emailed to you at submission. You are responsible for keeping this code confidential, as anyone with the code and the associated contact details can view the ticket's status.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the Before & After project photography — is the property of Best Lift or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make reasonable efforts to keep this site's content accurate and up to date, Best Lift makes no warranty that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here outside of a formally signed agreement.
